Leadership Development
Point C's development programs are highly interactive, experiential and collaborative, enabling leaders to develop their own paths to increased effectiveness and purpose. Customized development programs may combine coaching, mentoring, assessments and training to support leaders in making transformational shifts that drive results. Leaders can determine how to best apply learning to their work, reflect on related experiences and observations, determine how to sustain and grow learned skills, and have accountability to their coach to take steps that will enhance and build on learning. Program length can range from one hour to multiple sessions, allowing participants to apply and personalize new skills over time for optimal learning and sustainability.
