The Point C Team

As founder and president of Point C, Katie Gaughan collaborates with leaders, teams, and organizations to find new ways to tap into their wisdom and creativity to achieve their most important objectives. As an executive coach and facilitator, Katie is seen as a trusted strategic partner and catalyst for clients to gain new awareness that leads to transformative and sustainable shifts.

 

During her corporate career, Katie held management and executive positions for companies ranging from innovative technology start-up to traditional manufacturing operation to multi-billion dollar global corporations. Much of Katie's success in these roles was a direct result of her ability to lead, develop, and empower people to produce outstanding individual and collective results.

 

Katie earned a Bachelor's Degree from Ball State University and has taken graduate level courses at Kellogg School of Management. She has received extensive coach training through Corporate Coach University, CRR Global, and The Coaches Training Institute. Katie is former president of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Ohio Valley Chapter, has served as a Leadership Louisville Bingham Fellow, and currently serves on boards for the Spalding University School of Business, ElderServe Inc., and Warheim Park Association.

Maryanne Elliott

Maryanne Elliott coaches leaders who want to be more productive and achieve more of their potential. Developing and maintaining a clear focus needed to get results, communicating with interpersonal excellence, and leveraging talents of the team are areas of expertise. Her approach includes coaching methodologies based on a whole-person approach, personal and professional transformation, and accomplishing outcomes with lasting, measurable results. She believes the goal of coaching is to impact long-term performance, be self-generative and self-adjusting. She has an expertise in working with leaders who have multiple priorities and demands, and want to feel less stressed and overwhelmed at work and in their personal life. Her processes create new possibilities to identify and focus on what is important in order for leaders to achieve.

 

Maryanne earned a B.A. from Furman University and an MBA from the University of Louisville. She has completed coach training with Georgetown University, earned ACC certification from the International Coach Federation and is certified by Priority Management Systems on curriculum for setting priorities, communicating effectively and increasing productivity.

Chandra Irvin

As a coach and facilitator, Chandra guides individuals and organizations in thought-provoking dialogues and processes which inspire them to: tap their wisdom, align their values, discover possibilities, overcome obstacles, achieve their goals, and live in their purpose. The skills she brings to her coaching have been developed through the diversity of her consulting experiences, advanced coach training, and many years working as an internal manager and an HR professional. Along with these skills she brings commitment and a joy in helping clients achieve greater peace, purpose, and performance.

 

Chandra has earned a B.S. in business administration, a M.Ed. in higher education with a cognate in counseling, has advanced coach training (CoachU), and is a Certified Master Consultant in Polarity Management. She is co-author of Do You See What I See? A Diversity Tale for Retaining People of Color and author of Finding PEACE in Life, Work and Love Listening to the Voice Within.

Rob McKinnon

Rob McKinnon writes and speaks on leadership, and is a coach and advisor to CEOs and their executive teams. He focuses on helping leaders improve their effectiveness and, ultimately, the bottom-line growth in their companies. Rob is passionate about his work. Rob knows first-hand the challenges facing leaders at the top. He led companies in a variety of industries including financial services, banking, commercial construction, technology, entertainment, biotech -- for nearly 20 years. Rob draws on his experience to help leaders craft tools and solutions unique to their personal style of leadership.

 

After receiving a degree in Business from Wheaton College, Rob served as an Army Armor officer, leading combat-ready forces in Europe. He earned his MBA from the University of Maryland, and has completed postgraduate studies in Leadership Coaching at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. Rob has earned the Master Certified Coach Designation (MCC) from the International Coach Federation.

Mark Mueller

Mark Mueller is an executive coach and leadership development facilitator with experience in assisting leaders and teams in dealing with growth, change and complexity. Mark is seen as a trusted, knowledgeable and intuitive coach who has lived and experienced many of the business challenges his clients have faced. Mark coaches executives and emerging leaders in industries including healthcare, retail operations, manufacturing, financial services, technology, government, non-profit, and hospitality. In a previous career Mark had over 20 years of experience leading teams and organizations focused on change management and implementation of new technologies.  He brings a broad range of experience from a variety of Fortune 500 clients.

 

Mark earned a Bachelor’s degree from George Mason University and MBA from Florida State University. He is an accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation and a certified Executive coach with the College of Executive Coaching. He has received significant training in behavioral assessments and Emotional Intelligence. He is also a certified personal trainer who believes that the physical component is as important as the mental component.

Michelle Naiser

Michelle Naiser's uniquely varied background makes her a sought after thought partner and change management collaborator/consultant/coach to individuals, teams and leaders in a variety of functional areas and levels found in large organizations. She is a seasoned, consummate professional who brings gifts of compassion, intelligence, intuition and wit to each encounter.

 

Michelle brings more than 25 years of senior staff consulting in organization development, IT, finance, and human resources management with a Fortune 500 manufacturing and marketing firm, a major health insurer and state government. As Director of Organizational Development (OD) for Brown-Forman Corporation, Michelle was responsible for performance management, coaching, mentoring, career management training and a wide array of OD interventions including facilitation, training, teambuilding, behavioral assessments, and strategy and ideation workshops. She received an MBA and an MS in Leadership and Organizational Development from the University of Louisville, and is an alumnus of the Darden Executive Partnership Program and Center for Creative Leadership's Strategic Leadership Program.

Sandy Ringer

Sandy Ringer, PHR, has over twenty-five years of experience in business development and strategy, coaching, leadership training, and change management. Sandy has held senior executive positions with a major publisher and healthcare provider. Her extensive consulting experience includes a broad array of industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, professional services, construction, nonprofits, and associations. These experiences provide her a unique business perspective and allow her to partner quickly with clients from the break room to the board room. Sandy builds strong partnerships, meeting a specific need and coaching leaders to be self sufficient, while creating a foundation of trust and high value for the client.

 

Sandy is a graduate of Leadership Louisville, and has facilitated CEO and management groups. She has a BS in Social Work. Her memberships include the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the local HR chapter (LSRHM).
